This is less of a recipe and more of pure genius. I was sitting at home, craving dessert with no dessert in the house. I did however have graham crackers and marshmallows, no Hersey’s bar and no Gas stove. Desperate times call for creativity, and let me tell you, the microwave is just as good as an open flame.
- 20 chocolate chips
- 1 marshmallow
- 1 graham cracker
- On one side of the graham cracker line up the 20 choco chips
- Microwave for 10 second intervals until the chocolate starts to melt
- After 40 seconds or so, add the marshmallow on top and microwave for 10 seconds (it should start to puff up)
- Remove from microwave and top with the other half of the graham cracker
