




Ingredients
- 1 lb haddock (or other white fish)
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
Kitchen Tools
- Baking sheet
- Tin Foil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees
- In a bowl, combine the panko, parsley, lemon juice, olive oil, salt & garlic
- Lay the haddock out on the tin foil and spread the panko over the top
- Bake for approximately 12 min or until flaky
- Serve hot!
