Panko Crusted Haddock


  • 1 lb haddock (or other white fish)
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder

Kitchen Tools

  • Baking sheet
  • Tin Foil


  • Preheat your oven to 400 degrees
  • In a bowl, combine the panko, parsley, lemon juice, olive oil, salt & garlic
  • Lay the haddock out on the tin foil and spread the panko over the top
  • Bake for approximately 12 min or until flaky
  • Serve hot!
